Taiwan wild Shan Cha tea bush

This old Shan Cha specimen obviously had a hard life on this mountain. It appears to have been up-rooted and is now sitting on large boulders. The roots have found a way to reach the soil again. Our host evaluates that this specimen should be close to 60 years old.
