Here is the Tea Tong in our Green Bamboo Series. It features a 205 mm straight bamboo section that is 7 mm wide with rounded tips at the end. The 3 mm thick sections are stiff enough to keep their shape and memory and offer years of service prying leaves out of pots and any other duty you deem worthy of this tool. It is hand-made by a Nantou County local artisan who specializes in transforming the humble and most versatile bamboo wood into a multitude of unique and useful objects. To do so, he has developed a unique technique that allows him to preserve the natural beauty of the green skin of the plant for its natural beauty and structural integrity. All elements are hand cut, formed and finished using natural oils. You can complete your set of tools made from the same material with a presentation plate, a needle tool and a rake that can all fit in our Larger Bamboo Coffer to carry your tools wherever you go.
