Bamboo shoots

We discovered bamboo growing in another part of the garden. Bamboo and tea shrubs share the same environment like it is often the case in higher mountain garden is Taiwan.These freshly picked young bamboo shoots will also be part of this evening’s simple, but so authentic, feast.
