Jade ready for picking

The garden observes organic farming practices (and is Certified) and diversity is one of the key to the health of its tea bushes. About 6 different cultivars are grown with most being Taiwanese developed and indigenous varieties. Here, Jade or Cui Yu (TRES-13) bushes are ready for picking.
